Day 50: BBMzansi 2025 Week 8 Nomination Results – 7 nominated
The Week 8 nominations of Big Brother Mzansi Season 5 ‘Umlilo’ have taken place on the evening of Day 50 of the show.
Following the Head of House games that ended with Nsuku as the winner, Big Brother summoned each of the Top 10 housemates to the diary room so that they could nominate 2 fellow housemates for possible eviction this week – giving reasons for each nomination.

Below are the housemates with the highest nominations in week 8;
- Mshini: 6 nominations
- Uyanda: 4 nominations
- Beekay: 2 nominations
- Nate: 2 nominations
- Swiss: 2 nominations
- Jojo: 2 nominations
- Siphesihle: 1 nomination
- Sweet Guluva: 1 nomination
- Abobo: 0 nominations
Big Brother then announced a list of six housemates who had been nominated and put up for possible eviction this week, these were Mshini, Uyanda, Beekay, Nate, Swiss, and Jojo.
Head of House Inferno Nomination
And just when the housemates thought the nominations were over, Big Brother delivered the ultimate plot twist.
Big Brother summoned the Week 8 Head of House, Nsuku, to the diary room so that she could make an inferno nomination.
Nsuku was directed to add one housemate to the list of nominated housemates, failure to do so would result in her being automatically nominated for possible eviction.
Nsuku nominated Sweet Guluva to the chopping block – and just like that, the nominated housemates increased to seven.
