Day 23: Big Brother Tasks Housemates With Writing A Love Letter Or Poem

Today’s Big Brother Naija 2019 task requires the housemates to write down a love letter or a poem in line with this week’s theme of ‘Back To School’.

Today Big Brother sent a task brief to the housemates who all gathered in the lounge to listen as Diane read it out.

In the task brief, Big Brother wants the housemates to use their imagination and travel back in time, travel back to the years of innocence.

Big Brother wants the housemates to remember the first time they fell in love, to remember their first kiss.

Big Brother wants the housemates to write a love letter or poem to a love interest who can either be inside the house or outside the house, the letter must be romantic in nature and must be written with strict confidence.

The love letter or poem must be kept away from all other housemates, this means that each housemate must keep their letter or poem private.

The love letters and poems must written in the housemates’ pairs that they created yesterday [Read more about that here], this means that for every pair, one housemate is expected to write a love letter or poem to a love interest inside the Big Brother Naija house while the other housemate is expected to write a love letter or poem to a love interest outside the Big Brother Naija house.

The love letter or poem can be directed to any current housemate and not necessarily a pair-mate, if a love letter or poem is directed to an ex-housemate, then it will be considered to be directed to someone outside the house.

Big Brother has also asked the housemates to ensure that the love letters or poems must have the name of the author and the name of the love interest, the housemates are also expected to use the word ‘Love’ at least 15 times and the word ‘Big Brother’ only once in whatever they are writing.

To execute this task effectively, Big Brother has provided necessary writing materials to the housemates, the writing materials must however not be used for any other business other than today’s writing task.

Housemates have the whole of the day to complete this task, lets hope the housemates will pull this off in perfect style.
