Day 43: Erica wins week 7 Head of House title

Erica Ngozi Nlewedim has won the Head of House title of Big Brother Naija 2020 ‘Season 5’ Lockdown week 7.

Before the this week’s Head of House challenge kicked off, Big Brother addressed the housemates and informed them that as the incumbent, Ozo would not participate in the challenge and that he may not be selected as deputy by whoever wins.

Big Brother also informed Kiddwaya that his two weeks suspension from the Head of House game begins tonight, and that he is ineligible to participate, in addition to being ineligible for the role of deputy Head of House. Kiddwaya is currently serving this two weeks suspension punishment for breaking rules of the Big Brother house.

Biggie also informed Erica that her suspension from the Head of House game is over and she’s now welcome to participate.

This evening each housemate had two minutes to play the Head of House game, the housemate who goes furthest in the game within the allotted two minutes wins the title of Head of House this week.

The challenge then kicked off with Nengi, who was followed by Neo, Trikytee, Vee, Prince, Dorathy, Erica, Lucy and lastly Laycon.

At the end of the challenge, Big Brother announced Erica as the winner of this week’s Head of House title and then allowed her just one minute to make up her mind on who she would select as her Deputy Head of House. Erica went ahead and chose Prince as her deputy for this week.

Both Erica and Prince have the privilege of being immune from nominations this week, they also have full exclusive access to the luxury Head of House lounge.

Big Brother then proceeded and asked both the Head of House Erica and her deputy Prince to each invite one guest who will be allowed into the Head of House lounge.

Erica first selected Kiddwaya but Biggie rejected him as he is currently serving a two weeks punishment for breaking Big Brother’s rules therefore he is barred from enjoying any Head of House privileges, Erica then chose Trikytee. Meanwhile Prince selected Dorathy as her Head of House lounge guest.

Big Brother then reminded the Head of House lounge guests, Trikytee and Dorathy, that they are not allowed to spend the night in the lounge, and not permitted to sleep in the Head of House bed.
