Day 43: Joe And Members Of Team ‘The Icons’ Are Up For Possible Eviction This Week

There are nine housemates up for possible eviction from the Big Brother Naija season 4 ‘Pepper Dem’ house this week, these are Joe, Cindy, Elozonam, Enkay, Omashola, Khafi, Frodd, Tacha and Ike.

After the housemates formed two strategic teams last week, ‘The Icons and Cruisetopia’, Big Brother decided to change the format of the nominations. The two teams will have to take part in a nomination challenge with the losing team automatically having all it’s members up for possible eviction.

Today members of both teams headed to the arena for this week’s nomination challenge which was made up of two tasks, each team was supposed to choose 3 representatives with both genders being represented.

The first challenge was a balloon task in which Team Cruisetopia was represented by Joe and Jackye while Team The Icons was represented by Omashola and Cindy.

Housemates were supposed to blow up the balloons and stick them on the boards using the provided adhesives and the end of the challenge, The Icons had scored 9 points while Cruisetopia had scored 8 points.

The second challenge required the participating representatives to untie shoelaces and tie them firmly to the upper part of the beam. For each lace tied, there was a point, The Icons were represented by Sir Dee while Cruisetopia was represented by Mike.

At the end of the second challenge, Cruisetopia managed to score 7 points while The Icons scored 6 points and after adding each team’s points from both challenges, there was a tie. Big Brother decided that the Teams take part in a tie-breaking challenge so as to have one winner.

The two teams agreed to repeat the lace tying task for the tie-breaking challenge with Cruisetopia and The Icons being represented by Mike and Sir Dee respectively and at the end of challenge, Team Cruisetopia emerged as the winners automatically put all members of Team The Icons up for possible eviction.

But that was not all, Diane who hold this week’s Veto Power still had to make her Save and Replace decision. She decided to save Sir Dee and replaced him with Joe.

Therefore the housemates up for possible eviction from the Big Brother Naija 2019 house this week are; Ike, Cindy, Joe, Enkay, Elozonam, Khafi, Omashola, Tacha and Frodd.
