The Big Brother Mzansi 2025 Week 4 nominations took place on the evening of Day 22 of Season 5 and ended with seven housemates being nominated and up for possible eviction.

The nominations took place after Jojo’s victory in the Week 4 Head of House Challenger Game.

Based on the nomination results above, eight housemates were nominated for possible eviction this week. They are; Ezra, Sipha Lee, Mandy Hagan, Swiss, Uyanda, Luzuko, Nate, and Nsuku.

Jojo then saved Mandy Hagan from the Week 4 chopping block using her SAVE power as this week’s Head of House.
