9:30am – It’s breakfast time in the Big Brother Naija house

9:11am – Teddy A, Rico Swavey, Leo and Bambam are outside the house chatting about athletics and careers in general

8:42am – The housemates morning workout is now over..

8:15am – Some housemates like Angel and Ahneeka are not participating in the morning workout, they’ve decided to sit it down.

7:46am – The housemates are in the arena for their routine morning workout

7:42am – Big Brother asks all the housemates to move to the garden and prepare to go the arena

7:21am – Bambam and Angel are outside the house in the garden having a conversation

7:17am – The housemates have already began waking up
